Program Impact
In the 2007-2008 school year:
- 100% of Experience Corps members were satisfied with the program and agreed that their service was useful to the school and/or students.
- 100% of the teachers who worked with Experience Corps were satisfied with the type and quality of assistance provided.
- 63% of the 160 students receiving tutoring who received pre and post reading tests showed an increase of five points or more.
