School Helpers Get Help - Dundalk Eagle, Aug. 18, 2008. Baltimore County announced the inception of Experience Corps to benefit seniors who give their time assisting first - through third-grade students. Each tutor at four local schools - Dundalk, Battle Grove, Charlesmont and Logan elementaries - will receive a stipend of $2,055 for volunteering eight to 10 hours a week during the school year.
